COVID-19 Safety Precautions
The Chronic Liver Disease Foundation remains diligent in ensuring that the safety and security of attendees, speakers and staff are top priority while planning the conference. As we move ahead with planning the conference, the CLDF will continue to place high importance on facilitating measures that will ensure optimal health and sanitary conditions for everyone onsite. COVID-19 state rules and regulations will be strictly followed.
This event will be held outdoors in an open air-atmosphere.
Our safety measures include the following:

Non-vaccinated conference attendees should have a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the conference.

Temperature checks and a brief COVID-19 risk questionnaire will be required at registration.

Social distancing will be strictly followed with a limited number of attendees onsite.

Attendees must wear a face covering during the event.

Attendees are required to maintain social distancing during the event.

Hand sanitizer stations have been placed throughout the meeting space, as well as in the hotel.

Signage is being used throughout the meeting space and hotel as a reminder to wear a mask and maintain social distance.

Commonly touched surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected by staff as often as possible.

Check-in for the event will be socially distanced and managed by the conference organizers.

All meals and break items will be served by the hotel staff in accordance with their individual COVID-19 safety procedures and standards.
